Welcome to Cozy Mens Fashion (referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Store”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules and guidelines for your use of cozymensfashion.in (the “Site”) and the purchase of our products.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing this Site and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • Buyer, you, your — you, the person using the Site or placing an order.

  • Product(s) — the items we offer for sale on the Site.

  • Order — your request to purchase Product(s) via the Site.

2. Order & Acceptance

  • All orders placed on the Site are subject to our acceptance.

  • We may refuse or cancel any order in our discretion, for example, if the Product is out of stock, pricing or product description error, or suspected fraud.

  • Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This does not guarantee that product will be shipped; the confirmation is simply our acknowledgement of your order.

3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be made in full through the methods available on checkout. Until payment is received, we are under no obligation to supply the Products.

  • We reserve the right to change prices for new orders, correct pricing errors, or apply discounts/promotions as applicable.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver within India to addresses provided during checkout.

  • Shipping cost, estimated delivery time, and carrier details will be displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery dates are estimates only. We will try to meet them but delay may occur due to external factors beyond our control.

5. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Cancellation

  • You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.

Returns & Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect Product, or if there is a manufacturing fault, you may request a return/exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • The Product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the exchanged product is not available, you may choose store credit or refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned Product.

  • The amount refunded will exclude shipping costs incurred, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 7-14 business days of acceptance of return.

  • Please provide your Order Number, reason for cancellation/return, and if applicable, photographs of defective/incorrect item(s).

  • We will give you instructions for return shipment. Buyer is responsible for returning the item unless the error is ours.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Site (including text, images, graphics, logos, designs) is owned by Cozy Mens Fashion or used under license.

  • You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or republish any content without express written permission from us.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or purchase of Products.

  • Our maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the order in question.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Bangalore, Karnataka ].

  • We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect when changes are made.
